Have gone here for years. I went in to have a watch battery replaced. $23 to replace with lifetime warrenty or$5 for the battery. I did not know what battery I needed. In the past, they had better customer service and would look to see which one I needed.
Came home and ordered on Amazon for $5.10 total cost. Will be here tomorrow and I will replace it.
Prior to the fire they had I had paid for lifetime warrenty so opted not to go that route again. That info was lost in fire, but I wanted to give them business again. Customer service is not same as before.
Had repair order from phone Co, to get it fixed here. They do a inspection of the whole phone and it's features. Speakers, cameras, all of it. I told the helpful lady up front the stylus wasn't writing. She said ok. I was called by a male that my phone was ready. When I picked it up I noticed the stylus wouldn't come out. She called the male associate out and said the stylus won't come out. At this time a lady came from the back and said I'll get it out. She and the male associate go to the back and he starts hitting the phone against the edge of the table trying to get it out. She comes out and says I got out of with tape. The stylus was broken in the back part that goes in the phone. I told her it didn't come in like that, she said yes it did. She goes that stylus doesn't even work with that phone. (It is from my wife's 20 that broke, so yes it worked till i broke the tip. ) I said yes it did and she said it was like that. She didn't bother to ask the associate who checked me in, who was standing 5 feet away. If she isn't the owner, someone please check the cameras. Assurant the insurance company will hear about it also.
Sham. Sold us a bad battery, dead within 6 months. Refused to replace it. Asked me to sit and wait "a couple hours" to charge it. Laughable. Will never shop here again.
Update: Manager Sheila did a great job of remedying the situation. Appreciate her following up to fix things.
I needed a new battery for my 2 year-old SUV. I called the local car dealer where I bought the vehicle and the earliest service appointment was in 6 or 7 days. Plus, the battery I needed was currently not in stock. The service manager suggested I check with Costco and BatteriesPlus. Costco also did not have the battery, but my favorite BatteriesPlus store did! Michael took my call and he put my name on the battery. When I came to buy the battery, around 90 minutes after my phone call, Sheila helped me through the purchase process and then showed me, in detail, how to install the new battery. I have gone to this BatteriesPlus store for many years and have asked for help with some pretty bizarre battery needs. This team has never let me down! Thank you!
